Return Policy

At Tornado Industries, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and we stand by the equipment we sell. That is why we have a Fix First Policy. This means that our products are designed and built to last, and if something is not right from the factory, we will repair it free of charge so you can get back to business as soon as possible. If your equipment is in need of repair or replacement, please contact your place of purchase and follow their return/repair procedures.

For Tornado distributors, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact your sales manager immediately, or call 800-VACUUMS and speak to a Tornado representative for assistance.

If your equipment is damaged in shipping, please fill out the form below completely and send it to salessupport@tacony.com within 10 days of equipment receipt. Our representative will contact you with further instructions.
